Step 3 - Select the Message
1) Use an existing message
You can retrieve any saved message in the past, although you cannot make any modifications. This option is useful if you tend to send recurrent newsletters to your recipients.
2) Create a new message
Creating a new message will save your campaign's progress and you will be redirected to the message creation process.

Using the space bar generates an underscore
Select the language of correspondance for your message. This allows eFlyerMaker to display dynamic content and mandatory footer information in the appropriate language. For more information about dynamic content, click here.
- Select the contact list you want your campaign to address to. eFlyerMaker can retrieve data from your selected list and dynamically display them in your newsletter.
Once your message properties are configured, click Save and Continue.
Select a Base Design to Start
eFlyerMaker provides you with various tools and ressources to help you design the perfect newsletter. You have access to a shared library of template designs for your campaign. Selecting a template will open the Drag and Drop Editor.
Drag & Drop Editor
The Drag & Drop Editor is a great tool for you to fiddle around with many features to help you create aesthetically pleasing newsletters. Selecting any device preview located in the top-right menu, you can see that your newsletter is fully responsive, adapting to all viewing devices such as mobiles, tablets and desktop displays. You can also send a test version of your newsletter before launching your campaign.
We also give you access to several other editing tools to suit your needs. Simply click Editor Mode to expand the choices.
If you prefer a more classic and standard editor, the WYSIWYG tool is available.
If you possess HTML skills and want to code your newsletter from scratch, the HTML editor is available with real-time preview in desktop or mobile device.
Link text as URL detected
Remove all url scheme and domain name present in your message by configuring the Text to display option in the Insert link window for each affected case.
Remove all <script> tags present in the Source code window from the Tools tab.
Empty links detected
- If your content contains links without a URL, a warning message will appear to inform you. You can either add a URL for each missing link or remove the link property, or ignore and continue.
- If your message contains custom tags from a third party source not compatible with eFlyerMaker, a warning message will appear to inform you.
Once your message has been created, click Save.
