I can't receive my confirmation email
If you tried to confirm your sender profile by sending the confirmation email, but you are not receiving it, it might be caused by various factors. Here are some helpful points to maybe resolve this issue:
Give it time: depending on your internet traffic and how much your ISP is occupied, the action of receiving an email might take more time. Always give it a couple hours. This is also more frequent and important in more popular sending times such as holidays or simply more popular times of the day/week. Don't panic if the email doesn't show up immediately and always make sure you are looking at your junk folder.
You can also try to send the confirmation email to another email address by creating a second sender profile.
